Background:
Rhylee was the younger of the twin daughters born to King Andrev and Queen Nialla of Bordeleau. She has an older sister, Rhyannon and a younger brother, Crindor. She had a wonderful childhood and was very close to Rhyannon. On the twins' 13th birthday they were both tested. While Rhyannon failed, Rhylee passed and was sent to the Tower of Seers. She missed her family desperately, especially Rhyannon. She learned to interpret her visions and was often troubled by what she saw. She foretold Crindor's leavetaking when he went off to squire. She also was able to foresee her father's death, but being bound by the oath of her faction was forbidden from warning her family. She spent her birthday mourning her father's fate. The message of his accident was sent and Rhylee made it Vudemer in time for his funeral and Rhyannon's coronation. She unforetunately had to return to the Tower too soon for her liking. She threw herself into her studies and is now ready to apply for her Weilder status.
